Basic Candle MakingIn this class you will learn a combination of new and old world techniques for making all kinds of fun and useful candles. We cover how to make floating candles, massage candles, jar candles, old world traditional dipped tapers, etc. We will also use a variety of different waxes and teach you how they work. The waxes we will be working with are Bee's wax, soy, palm kernel and paraffin. All-inclusive class (supplies & materials included) 
Advanced Candle Making: Embedding, Carving & TorchingIn this class you will learn several artisan practices and apply them to candle making. Methods include, embedding, carving, basic sculpting. We also create a massage candle with a scent of your choice. In this class you will learn several artisan practices and apply them to candle making. Beeswax Candle ClassIn this class you will learn a combination of new and old world techniques for making all kinds of fun and useful candles. We cover how to make floating candles, poured candles with molds, old world traditional dipped tapers, etc. We will be using beeswax only for this class. All-inclusive class (supplies & materials included) 
Soy Candle ClassIn this class we will be learning special melting and pouring techniques for soy wax, along with fragrance blending, problem solving and safety. In class we will create 3 projects for you to take home such as, container candles, free standing votives and wax tart melts. Be prepared to learn everything about soy candles that you ever wanted to know. All-inclusive class (supplies & materials included) |
