We will discuss in class the different types of flour that is available and you will go home with 2 lbs of the pasta you created in class. We will create Organic, Vegan & Gluten Free and Ancient Grains pasta. We will also cover fruit and vegetables in your pasta.
Cost of class is $19 for non-members. If you don't have a membership with us then please ask us about the great specials we're currently running on all our monthly and annual memberships!
