Come and join us for this exciting class on an assortment of hard cheeses. We will create in class a cheddar cheese and a cheese curd. We will also talk about how to create blue cheese, swiss cheese and the different cultures that are used. You will receive information on how to create these amazing cheeses as well as a workbook.
