Below are the 3 we will be creating and sampling in this class.
- Elderberry Syrup - Elderberries are exceedingly high in vitamins C & A, possess antiviral abilities and are a classic remedy for sore throat, colds and flu. Elderberries also contain powerful anti-inflammatory substances that help ease joint swelling and stiffness. Great children's remedy.
- Rose Hip Syrup - Rose hips are high in vitamins C, B complex, vitamin E, Carotenes and selenium. Loaded with bioflavonoids, pectin and abundant niacin, rose hips strengthen immunity and help prevent colds and flu. They also nourish the brain and assist with concentration and attention skills.
- Hawthorn Berry Syrup - Super food for your heart and circulatory system as well as your nervous system. Hawthorne berries help lower high blood pressure, are anti-inflammatory and loaded with antioxidants.
