No prior experience is necessary in order to learn Reiki. In this Reiki 1 course (aka Reiki First Degree) you will learn how to confidently deliver effective Reiki treatments for yourself, family& friends. You will learn how to bring healing comfort and calm to any condition, physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual by applying Reiki in three easy to learn Reiki patterns. Through well organized Reiki lectures, clear and thorough Reiki demonstrations, and ample supervised Reiki hands-on practice time, you will learn all of the Reiki Level I techniques quickly and easily and receive your certification as a Reiki 1 Practitioner.
In addition, you will receive ongoing support. Receiving ongoing support after the class is over is very important for your continuing development as a Reiki healer. You will have confidence and feel secure knowing that if questions were to arise in your Reiki practice, you have a knowledgable and experienced teacher to turn to for help. The Following Is Included In This Reiki 1 Training Class:
How to give Reiki in each of the three Reiki patterns along with simple anatomical descriptions. How to treat long-standing health conditions, improve immune function, reduce stress, and initiate the relaxation response. How to treat recent injuries, how to prepare someone for surgery as well as how to treat after surgery. Guidelines are provided for how long to stay in each Reiki position, how to move your hands from Reiki position to position, and how to end the Reiki treatment.
Ample time is provided for supervised hands-on Reiki practices where the Reiki students learn the Reiki hand positions and how to give Reiki treatments to each other.
How to customize each Reiki treatment for your client's needs so it can be more effective for each individual.
How to scan the human energy field and chakras for vitality and balance and use this information during the Reiki treatment.
How to give Reiki to yourself. (We'll help you design a Reiki self-treatment protocol just for you.)
How to give a Reiki treatment to someone who is sitting in a chair (not everyone may be able to lie down comfortably).
Learn about the relationship between chakras and emotions and how these emotions affect the body. Learn how Reiki can help heal negative emotions.
You will receive 4 authentic Reiki I attunements that will enable you to channel the Reiki energy for the rest of your life.
