It was a cool, brisk Saturday morning at Green Lotus Studios. We were all in attendance for what we thought was a simple non eventful Organic Artesian Castile soap class. Ms. Donna began class and taught us all about the chemical composition of soap and how it cleans. Who knew it could be so complicated? Ms. Donna artistically took a complicated process and made it both simplified and intriguing. We measured our, all natural, ingredients and began the process of creating this wonderful soap that has so many amazing uses. You can create many different recipes that you receive in class that enable you to wash fresh vegetables, laundry, stove tops, floors and so much more! Go to the Advanced Castile Soap class and learn how to make Therapeutic grade that you can use on faces and hands. You leave with a pound of Castile soap gel base and recipes you made in class as well as many recipes you can make at home! You also have the peace of mind knowing that your family will be using all natural ingredients in the home and on their skin! As we let our soap sit so the chemical changes could take place, something began to take form. An excitement began to build in the room... ...while stirring with anticipation and without warning our, what Ms. Donna calls, "Mash Potato resembling" bubbly mass began to grow and double...NO WAIT!...triple in size! Hurry! All Hands on Deck! No time for pictures as this Lava Monster came oozing forth from our pot. The beast began to reach beyond its walls and outgrow its boundaries. Would we be able to tame this beast? Yes! Mission accomplished! The Lava Monster held at bay forced back into the confines of its cage. Never have we had so much FUN! If you have not experienced a class at Green Lotus Studios or haven't been back for a bit, check the calendar today! Come on to Green Lotus Studios where creativity and community meet!
